Applying to become a foster carer is a thorough process and we will provide all the guidance and support necessary during all stages to ensure that you are fully prepared for your first placement. Our experienced staff will be happy to answer any questions that you may have.


We urgently require foster carers from all different backgrounds and have experience of caring for children. We also welcome foster carers who would like to transfer from other providers.

Pride Fostering Service is a leading fostering agency based in Luton. We have an excellent reputation for foster care and providing positive outcomes for children in our care. Our business is privately owned by and managed with a family approach to fostering.


Our focus is to provide a range of foster parents who can provide a loving home for children and young people who have a multitude of needs which may include:


  • Separation and Loss
  • Child developmental delay
  • Unaccompanied minors
  • Children with complex health needs
  • Disabilities
  • Behavioral, emotional and social issues


We provide 24 hour support to all our foster carers including extensive training, competitive allowances, a dedicated social worker, regular support groups, yearly financial rewards, multi-lingual team and evidence and research based practice.

There is such a constant need for strong, caring and empathic foster carer or families to care for our looked after children and we would be delighted to hear from you.
